Hello! I'm Villa, a proud father of twin boys, two cats, and some recognized ideas in the advertising industry.

I'm a seasoned Creative Director (AD+CW) with over 16 years of experience across leading global advertising groups and creative hot shops. My career has also involved directing films for production companies, running my own production studio, and leading an in-house advertising agency within entertainment companies.

Whether developing compelling concepts, crafting key visuals, or writing scripts for films, branded content, social campaigns, or live experiences, I thrive on merging strategy, storytelling, and technology to forge meaningful connections.

Over the past year at Peppery Agency, I've leveraged business intelligence to devise creative strategies and catalyze brand growth, boosting performance. My role extends beyond crafting memorable campaigns; it's about fostering connections that convert and endure, building lasting client relationships.

Previously, I steered the creative helm at Omelete Company for six years, leading our Marketing in-house team through groundbreaking award-winning campaigns for Omelete and CCXP (Comic Con Experience) - which became one of the world's most significant pop culture events and happens in Brazil, Germany, and Mexico. CCXP bears the mark of my creative direction during the brands' creative concept and strategic planning throughout those years, leaving a lasting impact on their success.

My Marketing journey includes pioneering work as the Creative Director for Game XP, the world's inaugural Game Park - a joint venture between Rock in Rio, Globo, and CCXP - and a substantial player in LatAm's eSports and gaming scene. This role had me weaving the foundational narratives for brands, ensuring they stood out in a saturated market.

During my transformative five-year tenure at Havas Worldwide Group, I progressed from a Senior Art Director to an Associate Creative Director. In this role, I managed global giants like Reckitt Benckiser, Peugeot, and Danone across diverse markets, including Brazil, LatAm, the US, the UK, and India.

During six years at Publicis Groupe, I collaborated with top-tier clients like P&G, Samsung, and Mercedes Benz, enhancing my digital advertising DNA with every project.
